Q1: Are HelloRunika nails single-use only?
No. Our nails are reusable. Each set includes extra adhesive tabs and instructions.

Q2: Do you offer different sizes and shapes?
Yes. Each set includes multiple sizes. Styles include short-round, long-oval, and more.

Q3: Are they secure? Can I shower or work with them on?
Yes, when properly applied, they last 5–7 days. Gentle handwashing is fine. Avoid hot water and heavy friction.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q4: Where do you ship from, and where to?
We ship from China and selected overseas warehouses. Global shipping is supported.

Q5: How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days
Delivery (estimates): US/Japan 7–12 days, Europe 10–15 days
A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.

🔄 Returns & Guarantee

Q6: Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Q7: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will issue a refund or send a replacement.
